The seat that sits in the frame repeatedly comes out. The seat has no other purpose but to hold the doll. There is no reason that this seat come out.
The carrying bar comes out and is put in the back of the seat to make it a high chair. Recommended for ages 3+, a 3 year old will not be able to remove the bar and put it back and forth for the functions.
There are many seats out there that are just a seat or just a high chair. When I see Fisher Price I usually think it is of great quality. My opinions have since changed.
My 3.5 year old loves this toy, I however do not. The handle has to be snapped in place in the front and then removed to snap in the back postion, which my daughter cannot do, not too big of a deal just fustrating for her. Also the tray is useless. It you have to move the cover back to get to the insertion area for the tray to be placed in, which my daughter also can’t do and it is a hard fit. The tray is also very flimsy and doesn’t stay in the holder, so when you have a doll in the carrier the tray will just fall out. THe carrier is a tight fit for our 15 inch doll.
